Only One Church
Who is it that ever started the idea that there are two kinds of church, institutional and charismatic? You can't have a body without a soul. You can't have a soul without a body. There is only one Church, and that is the body of Christ: And as Christ is living in His Church, we listen to Him, and we become attentive to Him. We are not rebellious against Him. We love Him when He speaks through Peter. As G. K. Chesterton said, 'I'd rather we had a pontiff that is right when the world is wrong, not so much one that is right when the world is right.' When the world is wrong, we have a guide. That is a great consolation.
