YES! GOD IS EVERYWHERE! EVEN IN HELL

Is God "Present" in Hell?

The Catechism of the Council of Trent quotes a passage from the Psalms which says that God is “present” in Hell, or as the Greek says “Sheol”…

Psalms 139:7-10 Douay Rheims Bible]  (7) Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy face?  (8)  If I ascend into heaven, thou art there: if I descend into hell, thou art present.  (9)  If I take my wings early in the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea:  (10)  Even there also shall thy hand lead me: and thy right hand shall hold me.

Dr. Robert. Sungenis: God is everywhere, even in Hell, in his omnipresence. But he is only there in his divine being, not his divine care.
