WHY AM I CATHOLIC?

I am a Catholic Evangelist.  I received an old 2008 St. Joseph Radio CD of Jesse's talk, Why am I Catholic?  At the beginning he quotes a study that explains, if I remember correctly, that church-goers have better life outcomes - e.g. better income, health, marriages, family outcomes, etc.  That CD has become too old for me to hear that information, and I'd like to use some findings from it in my evangelization work.  When you have time, could you please let me know what study he quotes from, and any documents and/or links you have to that study or similar ones?  I would be grateful for that support.
