WHO DOES THE TITLE "THE MORNING STAR" BELONG TO?

I thought Lucifer was a name for Christ, not Satan. I noticed that you used it to describe the devil in a recent Spanish Facebook post. La Fe De La Iglesia channel made a video, 

about the name Lucifer and how it is not a name for the devil.

ANSWER!

Lucifer – “the morning star” - (Isaiah 14:12). In this verse, it refers to the devil.

Jesus is called "the morning star" in 2 Peter 1:19 (NAB) and Revelation 22:16 (NAB). 

The fact that the Devil (or the wicked King of Babylon, depending on your interpretation) is called "the morning star" in Isaiah 14:12 (NAB) does not mean we cannot use the same title to refer to Jesus, as in 2 Peter 1:19 (NAB) and Revelation 22:16 (NAB). The devil, after all, tries to imitate God because he is envious of God (Wisdom 2:24).

Remember, Christ is called our King, yet King Herod and other wicked men are called Kings as well. The same title can be used by two different persons and it has an entirely different meaning.
