WHO CAN DO EXORCISMS?

QUESTION?

I enjoy listening to Jesus 911.  I was raised in a Catholic family and I love practicing my Catholic faith.  Within the last few years, I have grown an interest in spiritual warfare.  I have a strong devotion to St Michael the archangel.  He is one of my patron saints and I was born on the feast day of St Michael the Archangel, hence, my namesake.

To my main question.  There is a particular Protestant pastor (Bob Larson) that claims to be an expert on exorcism.  He calls himself an exorcist and runs an international school for exorcism.  I've seen videos of his "exorcisms".  Where does he think he gets his authority from to deal with these demons?  Is he just doing deliverance prayers and not exorcisms?

Luke 9:49-50 John answered, "Master, we saw a man casting out demons in your name, and we forbade him, because he does not follow with us." But Jesus said to him, "Do not forbid him; for he that is not against you is for you."

CCC 819 "Furthermore, many elements of sanctification and of truth" are found outside the visible confines of the Catholic Church: "the written Word of God; the life of grace; faith, hope, and charity, with the other interior gifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as visible elements." Christ's Spirit uses these Churches and ecclesial communities as means of salvation, whose power derives from the fullness of grace and truth that Christ has entrusted to the Catholic Church. All these blessings come from Christ and lead to him, and are in themselves calls to "Catholic unity."

Here is my analysis - the power of exorcism and deliverance was given to the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church. Whatever efficacy and power a protestant may have in deliverance ministry derives from the capital they have borrowed, received, stolen from Catholicism. I also believe that the Lord honors the piety and faith of certain protestants that truly believe in the power of Our Lord Jesus Christ, while many Catholics have become secular, liberal, relativist and have little to no faith in Jesus Christ. 

The 2nd sentence of CCC 819 nails it: "Christ's Spirit uses these Churches and ecclesial communities as means of salvation, whose power derives from the fullness of grace and truth that Christ has entrusted to the Catholic Church."

Here is my take, would you rather fight the devil with a lukewarm Catholic by your side (like Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi), or an on fire for ‘Jesus’ protestant at your side (like Bob Larson). In a perfect world, I would like an on fire Catholic by my side like you.
