Is it appropriate to pray the following: "Lord, please give me the grace to withstand the final accuser and the particular and general judgments. Should my prayer be adjusted? Thank you!

I would modify it this way: "Lord, please give me the grace to withstand the final assault of the evil at my particular judgment - Amen." You don't need to mention the general judgment because what happens at your particular judgement us rubber stamped at the general judgment.
