Can you throw in the trash an image of Jesus & Mary in the Church bulletin or a Christmas card?
ANSWER!
The Catholic Church teaches that any thing that’s been blessed by a Priest is to be returned to the earth, either by burning or by burying it. That would include rosaries, medals, scapulae, a blessed statue, religious vestments, the palms from Palm Sunday, prayer books etc. Christmas cards, Church bulletins and Church catalogs have not been blessed, they can be disposed of or recycled.
