SILENT OR VOCAL PRAYERS

Regarding the Liber Cristo prayers and the prayers in the Fr. Chad book Deliverance Prayers For Use by the Laity, someone asked me if the words written in bold print in the book are to be prayed out loud and the words written in normal print are to be prayed silently. Does it matter? Are parts of the prayers to be prayed out loud and parts prayed silently? If you do not know, can you ask Kile or Dan and let me know?

These are vocal prayers primarily. However, when I'm in line in an airport for example, I pray these prayers silently. They can be prayed in both manners.
