Purifying memories and emotions

New listener, I tried to search old blog posts. However, I was wondering if you could explain how to go about purification of memories and emotions. Is it in the protocol I’ve heard you talk about? On that topic when you say read nothing but the daily mass readings, I don’t think that means work right? It’s recreational reading? I wanted clarification on that prior to starting the 30 days.
