PRAY THE ROSARY IN PUBLIC

I don’t understand what is going on here. I have heard you on several podcasts and know that you have a great awareness of evil practices. I’m not sure this is necessarily evil, but it certainly is some kind of pagan practice and I don’t know if anything should be done to counteract it. I don’t know if they do this every year as we just moved here last year. Also, I wouldn’t know who to ask in our Catholic Church in town as it is not the most conservative in practice and we are just starting to meet people and get a bit more involved.
So, today I was walking around our beautiful park in our small town and I heard some drum beats. I turned the corner and saw a gathering of people. They were dressed in white some had flower wreaths around their heads. It seemed peaceful, but they were doing some kind of ceremony across from the entrance to a little stream where an old mission used to stand. They were chanting and playing drums and someone was officiating the ceremony. I have one decent picture of it but I’m not sure if you can really see what was going on. They had some kind of structure erected, but it certainly wasn’t a cross. They also they had the flag you see in the picture.
My question to you, is there anything that should be done about this ie: rosary or some kind of reconsecration to our Lord? I’ve never seen them there before but my husband said today, December 21, is winter solstice and so it was probably some kind of ceremony for that. Does it in any way curse the land or the ground or curse the people that walk by? (I took care to take pictures from a distance but I did walk past the ceremony.)
I didn’t know who to reach out to but thought you might give me some guidance and advice. I was praying the rosary on my walk so there’s that…

I would go to that location and in case it was cursed by some pagans or occultist, you can invite other Catholics and walk around that area and pray the rosary for an hour (all 4 mysteries ) and the Divine Mercy, this will call Gods grace upon this area. The more people, the more effective is your prayer.
