Needing help on getting an exemption from having to get the Covid Vaccine

I am a fan of Jesus 911 and The Terry and Jesse Show. I am currently a nursing student at the University of San Francisco and have a little over a year to graduate with a bachelors in the science of nursing. My school has recently sent out a statement indicating that in order to go back to school in the fall we must show proof that we have received the covid-19 vaccine. I refuse to be forced to receive this vaccine and have reached out to my school advisor. Where she responded the following:
"My understanding is that the University will be releasing an exemption form in the very near future. Copying Associate Dean XXXX to confirm.
I will note though, that several of our clinical partners are now also requiring COVID vaccine for all nursing students. The Veterans Administration hasn't made that change yet, but our pediatric clinical partner has. More and more hospitals are going this route and I believe the only exemption would be for medical or religious reasons (per the hospital's policy).

The above letter is from my school and is asking us to write out a statement as to why we must be exempt from receiving the vaccine due to religious reasons. So I wanted to ask for advice from you on what may I include in my written statement.

I just wanted to let you know that my written statement to get an exemption from getting the Covid-19 vaccine got approved. Praise be to God I do not have to get the vaccine. Once again thank you so much for your help! I appreciate you taking the time to write me back and share the "No Jab" website with me.
