MASONIC RING TO BE DESTROYED

My mother is in possession of one of her father’s Masonic rings. I would like to give her the option to send it the St. Padre Pio Center For Deliverance Counseling (SPCDC) to be destroyed. The attached pdf link that says “let us know you are sending it” does not work. 

Could you please send me the contact information, so we can contact the appropriate people if she decides to send it. I pray I can convince her!
