This book gives basic spiritual direction and is a basic spiritual warfare manual for the Patriarchy (Men). Of course women will benefit from this book as well because I give a lot of general Catholic spiritual biblical principles that benefit any human being that wants to become holy and get to heaven, but I wrote it with husbands and fathers in the back of my mind. I go deep into the theology of prayer, the theology of the cross, the theology of temptation, the theology of sin, living in a state of grace and the efficacy of prayer (substantiated by science). I give men my prayer prescription to bring order, ritual and fraternity into their life so that men can become missionaries and martyrs for their families. This is how we will save the Church and the West once again.
