Why is the Blood of Christ only served sometimes and not at every Mass?
ANSWER!
Whether you receive the sacred host or the precious blood of Jesus in the chalice, you receive the either presence of JESUS. Even in the smallest grain of the sacred host you receive the total real presence of JESUS. In many Church's because of time constraints they only give holy communion by way of the sacred host. Also, many parishes don't pass out the chalice with the blood of Jesus because they are afraid to people may spill the precious blood on the floor.
