Is it morally ok to receive the abortion tainted vaccine that was extracted decades ago?

OK, so some moral theologians will argue that many of these fetal cell lines were extracted decades ago so you are far enough removed from the actual abortion, therefore it is morally permissible to use these experimental injections put out by big pharma to inoculate you against covid 19 or the delta variant. 

I would ask these clergy the following question:

We are very very very far removed from the original sin of Adam & Eve in the garden of Eden. Since we are so far removed from that original sin, why do we still need baptism? At what point will baptism no longer be necessary, because after all, we are so so far removed from Adam & Eve and their fall in the garden of Eden. So is baptism irrelevant or when will it be irrelevant?
