How God sees us
Lovers see one another through rose-colored glasses. At every Mass, at the time of consecration, the heavenly Father sees us through his Son. He sees us through rose–colored glasses. We are loveable; we are perfect. This is our supreme moment of relationship to the Godhead through Christ. This is our death, and this therefore is the central part of the Mass because it is Calvary. It is the condition of the Resurrection. Unless you die to yourself, you cannot live in my kingdom. We are dead, but in the Christian order death is the condition of life.
