I wanted to ask for your help with some good guides to really get deeper in my study of the Bible. I don't just want to read it but actually understand it for it's entirety. I want to understand the history, the connections between Old T and NT, the original texts (Greek, Latin, Hebrew-Aramic) connection to modern day language, and so much more. I begin but then I fall into rabbit holes, it feels like, and don't progress through the Bible like I would want. Should I focus on different levels of study? Are there methods like that?
