EVIL SPIRITS COME OUT THE SAME WAY
QUESTION?
My son is 24 years of age and a friend of ours suggested about three years ago that the Spirit of Absolam might be upon him. We looked it up, but is there a Catholic response/resource to this statement? My son knows that he needs to go to confession, but he won’t. He refuses to get help from groups or counselors. Maybe he just hasn’t hit rock bottom. But all in all, he says it’s our fault and only we can fix him. I know that we have authority over this spirit, but my husband is as you described on Virgin Most Powerful Radio recently, is fickle; and a work in progress no doubt. He is also my son's adoptive father. I had my son when I was 14.
