I recently saw my birth certificate, and I was disturbed to see all the symbols of the Zodiac are around the birth certificate's name. What in the world was going on back then? Is there anything I should do? Let me know if you want to see a pic. I'm concerned about it.

The United States is full of pagan symbols that are part of the American landscape. 

1.  This is the most prominent Egyptian-style obelisk in the US, standing in Washington, D.C.

2.  Lady Justice Statues (in courthouses nationwide) is the Roman goddess of justice. The blindfold and scales have pagan Roman roots.

3.  Fasces (on buildings, seals, and monuments), these are bundles of rods with an axe, symbolizing authority and unity, its an ancient Roman symbol. It appears in the US Capitol, on the Lincoln Memorial, and in various state seals. 

4.  Pentagram is strongly associated with modern Wicca and paganism today, five-pointed stars appear in American architecture, military insignias, and flags. The Veterans Administration has approved the pentacle for veteran headstones since 2007.

I wouldn't worry about a zodiac symbol on my birth certificate, that's part of the american landscape - our roots are pagan, protestants and masonic. If your living in a right relationship with God (in a state of grace) you have nothing to worry about. Psalm 23:4 "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me."
