DECOMMISSIONING TATTOOS

I have tattoos all over my body (a very large proportion, including entire neck, full sleeves of arms, legs, entire back and hands). Is there another way the cleansing with holy water and the consecration of holy oil can be done other than submersion. Yes there is shame and I cover up as much as I can all the time and completely when going to TLM which I have attended these past 3 years.
