The Four C’s of basic classical BIBLICAL History
1. Creation (Genesis 1) which refers to acts by which God brought into being time, matter, energy, space, and life, all working together in a paradise of perfect peace according to His divine plan and purpose.
2. Corruption (Genesis 3) refers to how the effects of human evil ruined God’s handiwork. Starting with the original sin of Adam & Eve, this act of disobedience to God brought about disease, disaster, and death.
3. Catastrophe (Genesis 7) refers to the worldwide flood by which God destroyed the wickedness of the ancient world to give it a fresh start with Noah and and those with him on the ark.
4. Christ (Luke 1) is the one who conquered death by rising from the dead by his own power. He is the one who has given us eternal life, and He will come again to judge the living and the dead and restore the “new heavens and earth.”
