CATHOLIC FAMILY FEUD!!!

QUESTION?

Hello Jesse, I am a faithful listener of your show and I try my best to follow the latest news on what’s going on in our church. I also watch Church Militant, Lifesite news, and The Remnant. I fell upon this video referring to all three media’s as “false traditionalist” and how they are misleading many. I just like any other faithful Catholic have one goal in mind and that’s to get to heaven. Please let me know your thoughts on this:

This video is put out by Most Holy Family Monastery  which is a sedevacantist organization run by Michael Dimond. Sedevacantist movement say there hasn't been a Pope since John XXIII. They say the Papacy has been vacant since 1958 (after the death of Pope Pius XII). In other words, according to them,' the gates of hell has prevailed against the Church.' The problem with the Sedevacantist position is that they have no one to speak for them. They don’t have a reliable spokesmen. Their videos have alot of truth mixed in with a little error which makes it confusing and dangerous.

I don't watch anything they put out - they are extremist and even those things that may be true are colored by their view that their has not been a Pope since 1958.

Michael Voris, Michael Matt and John Weston like myself, believe that there will always be a Pope based on the words of Jesus (Matt 16:18-19), but he did not say that they would all be perfect.
