CAN A WIFE SAY BINDING PRAYERS OVER HER HUSBAND?

I know a wife cannot say binding prayers over her husband except as you explicitly laid out. Thank you for that. Can a wife say consecrating prayers for her husband or for his body, consecrating him or at least his body to the Sacred Heart, the Immaculate Heart, and to St. Joseph?

A wife can ALWAYS pray consecration, blessings, healing etc prayers for her husband so long as she does so in a petitionary manner, prefacing such petition by "Dear Lord, Dear Jesus, Holy Mother of God , I beg you to give my husband the grace..."Whenever you pray for husband you must ASK God in humility, not order...
