BODY FLUID IN TATTOO INK

I had a question on something that Kyle said very briefly.  He mentioned that the pigment can have body fluid and other things added to it and it makes it an anti-eucharist.  Is there some type of context that this applies to, or would it be anything that contains these types of things that would be injected?  Just looking for a little more information because that one thing really stuck out to me.
