I have been receiving emails from Spiritualdirection.com from the Avila Foundation. I am curious to know if they are legitimate and an organization that you would recommend.

If you are asking me - are they orthodox Catholics? Which means, do they teach the actual teachings of the Catholic Church according to the deposit of faith, the answer is YES.
