ANOTHER QUESTION ON AN UNCONVERTED HUSBAND

February 3, 2025

QUESTION? / COMMENT!

The twins have a rare neurogenic syndrome called Angelman Syndrome there is currently no cure and they will require life long care. The syndrome itself is absolutely beautiful and to be completely transparent it’s an honor to have been chosen to serve to this magnitude. At times I find myself unworthy to be trusted to care for someone with such complex needs. I was told the twins would never walk, talk or be cognitively able to understand. I told those medical professionals my God is greater and never doubt a Latina mother that is a believer.  Klaudia started walking & running 2yrs ago she can speak a few words and understands however has trouble getting the message out in a timely fashion. Katalina was blessed with a brain tumor last May and regaining her strength I am sure when God calls she will be able to walk one day. She enjoys using her iPad and speaks with verbal cues. What I can say is the twins have a special devotion to mother Mary. Literally we have had the priest carry one of the girls out of church because they never want to leave. They know Jesus. They speak to him they see our angels. They have a special gift to remain childlike their entire life.

During this special needs journey my faith has grown tremendously I have this desire to know more & share our message. It’s like when birds fly south for the winter that’s all that I can explain. A calling. I will tell you with this desire to grow closer to Christ it has impacted my marriage. My husband has an addiction to marijuana and unable to see the greater picture at this time. After viewing your videos I now understand that I am dealing with spiritual warfare. I now notice the attacks are when I have scripture playing, when he found a rosary under our bed, when I speak of the church, anything religious related, he is against it. He is struggling. Can you please pray for him? The devil has his hand over him. There are moments that I know I am not dealing with my husband it is not him I am not scared of the devil. I was raised by a immigrant Mexican grandmother that was a single mom & had 5 children & couldn’t read and write English. Those type of women have another level of faith and resilience. The closer I get in my walk with faith the further my husband is from me. I am asking for your guidance … I will never stop praying & believing that he can be saved.
