WHO HAS AUTHORITY, THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER OR STEP-FATHER?

QUESTION?
Jesse gave a talk and he said that the biological father has authority over children, what about step fathers? Do the step-father's also have authority over the step-children yes or no?
ANSWER!
If the father has legal custody (fosterfather, stepfather etc) he has natural law and divine law authority over the children. Case in point - St Joseph had natural law and divine law authority over Our Lord Jesus Christ. Luke 2:51 Then he went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all these things in her heart. Jewish fathers led the family in evening prayers and blessed their children, Joseph did likewise to Our Lord Jesus Christ.
