Can you please explain what you mean by “institutional element”? Could that be from another church?

An institutional possession would be for example when a person get possessed by being a member of a satanic coven, a high ranking member of a masonic lodge, a member of a witches coven, these cases require an institutional response by the Catholic Church. Where there is an institutional element to the entry point, for example, there must be an institutional response by the Church which Christ established and granted juridical authority over all demons.
