I am the husband and Father for the family. I just beginning to learn about prayers I should be doing for my family. I know about the perimeter prayer and I know I should be using holly water to bless our house. I was wondering what I should be saying as I bless each room and the house with holy water?

A man should be praying 3 times a day (morning, midday and evening). Pray the perimeter prayer every evening as part of your evening prayer. When you bless the room simply raise your right hand and say "I bless this room in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Amen." That is sufficient.
