My sister has four beautiful little girls and her and her husband would like a boy very much. Are there any prayers you know of that might help? Or is it wrong to pray for a boy and just let it be God's will?

Ask God in your own words, "Lord I would like a baby boy..." Just talk to God, he listens (cf. Matt 7:7; Jeremiah 29:12-13), if it's Gods will he will grant you the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4).
